Our Acquisitions

Q: What types of products do you offer? A: Shark & Sapphire specializes in premium timepieces and soon-to-launch fine jewelry. Every item is curated for exceptional craftsmanship and direct-from-manufacturer quality.

Q: Do your products come with a warranty? A: Yes. All Shark & Sapphire timepieces include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear-and-tear or unauthorized third-party modifications.


Ordering & Security

Q: How secure is my transaction? A: We prioritize your security. We use 256-bit SSL encryption and PCI DSS Level 1 compliant gateways. For orders exceeding $1,500, we perform a manual security audit to protect against unauthorized card use.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order? A: To ensure rapid fulfillment, orders may only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order enters the "Security Verification" phase, no address changes can be made.


Shipping & Delivery

Q: What are your shipping options? A: We currently offer two tiers:

  • Standard Shipping: Always Free (2–4 weeks).

  • Express Shipping: FREE for a limited time (Reg. $95). This accelerated service typically arrives in 1–2 weeks.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that any local customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer a 30-day return window for items in original factory condition with all seals intact. In accordance with our policy, non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover authentication and administrative costs.

Q: How do I initiate a return? A: Please contact our concierge at support@sharkandsapphire.com. Do not ship items back without an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a tracked, signature-required service.
