Shark & Sapphire: Official Refund & Return Policy

At Shark & Sapphire, a division of The Treasures Boutique LLC, we strive to ensure that our clientele is completely satisfied with their curated acquisitions. If for any reason you are not, we offer a transparent and secure return process.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must meet our "Original Factory Condition" standards:

  • Pristine Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact condition it was received.

  • Complete Packaging: The item must be in its original manufacturer packaging with all factory seals, holographic tags, accessories, manuals, and documentation intact.

  • Verification: Returns must be initiated through our official concierge channel at support@sharkandsapphire.com.

2. Return Process & Fees

To maintain our ability to offer high-value, curated items with competitive global overhead, the following fees apply to "Change of Mind" returns:

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount for all non-defective returns. This covers specialized inspection, authentication review, bank processing fees, and administrative costs.

  • Refused Shipments: Shipments refused due to unpaid customs duties or "change of mind" are subject to the 15% restocking fee plus any original shipping costs incurred by the company.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strictly require a trackable, signature-required service with insurance for the full value of the item. Shark & Sapphire is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

3. Defective or Damaged Items (7-Day Window)

If your acquisition arrives damaged or defective, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.

  • Notification: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Evidence Required: Please provide high-resolution photos or video of the damage to both the item and the shipping packaging for our insurance claims.

  • Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide a prepaid return label and issue a 100% refund or a complimentary replacement.

4. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received by our intake team and passes a professional inspection (typically within 2–5 business days):

  1. Your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee and original shipping) will be processed to your original payment method.

  2. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

5. Final Sale & Custom Items

Items purchased during "Final Sale" events or items that have been customized/personalized are non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
