This website, located at www.sharkandsapphire.com (the “Site”), is owned and operated by The Treasures Boutique LLC (collectively, “Shark & Sapphire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our Site or purchasing luxury acquisitions from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. General Conditions & Eligibility

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Pricing and Payment Security

All prices are listed in USD.

  • Secure Processing: Transactions are securely processed through specialized high-limit gateways. The Treasures Boutique LLC does not store sensitive credit card data on our local servers.

  • Verification Requirements: We utilize 3D Secure (Verified by Visa/Mastercard ID Check). You may be required to verify your identity through your banking institution during checkout.

  • Security Audits: We reserve the right to manually review and hold any transaction flagged as "High Risk." For orders exceeding $1,500, additional identification may be requested to prevent unauthorized use.

3. Shipping and Order Integrity

  • Fulfillment Buffer: Orders undergo a rigorous security audit and quality inspection. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing prior to dispatch.

  • Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All shipments are fully insured by Shark & Sapphire until the point of documented delivery.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, all import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Chargebacks

  • Standard Returns: We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in "Original Factory Condition" with all security seals, tags, and packaging intact.

  • Restocking Fees: Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover authentication and administrative costs.

  • Dispute Resolution: You agree to contact our concierge team at support@sharkandsapphire.com to resolve any issues before initiating a formal bank dispute or chargeback.

  • Fraudulent Disputes: We utilize advanced tracking and Chargeback Alert systems. Any unauthorized or "friendly fraud" chargebacks will be defended vigorously using IP logs, signed delivery receipts, and communication history.

5. Limitation of Liability

Shark & Sapphire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the inability to use the Site. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
